I wanted to perform connectivity network analysis using DTI. Can I get a tutorial or is there a workshop scheduled for learning the basics of how to perform graph theory-based connectivity network analysis? I would really appreciate it if your team can help.

No I am proposing the study I am asked by the doctoral committee to perform the analysis on freely available imaging data before applying for approval of the project protocol. Is there a workshop or any other way to perform data analysis? Is there a way to learn this?
