I want to use fmri data can you provide me details?
You can find a detailed explanation on how to use Braph for fMRI data in http://braph.org/videos/fmri/
Please, note that you need to preprocess your data so that you have the time series of the activation of the various brain regions before being able to use Braph.
so,we need to define nodes and its coordination(x,y,z)
how can I detect ROI
To define the ROIs you need to choose a brain atlas and then extract the time series for each ROI to input into Braph.
Is this software useful for dynamic functional connectivity??
At the moment, it doesn’t, but we are including it in the next version, probably coming out next summer.
