Download the latest version of BRAPH 2 at https://github.com/softmatterlab/BRAPH-2-Matlab/releases
After you download BRAPH 2, proceed with the installation, check the required toolboxes, and start the program.
Installation
- Unzip the downloaded file into the desired directory.
- (This step is needed only for the first time or whenever there is an update) After launching MATLAB, change the current folder to the folder braph2genesis under the directory in step 1, and run braph2genesis. The installation takes around 5 minutes.
- Run braph2 directly in the folder braph2, and start the analysis by choosing the analysis pipeline from the graphical user interface.
Required toolboxes
BRAPH 2 is available for Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux, and it requires MATLAB R2021a as the minimum version.
BRAPH 2 uses the following toolboxes:
- Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox (required): It is required for running the BRAPH 2.
- Parallel Computing Toolbox (required): It is required for running the BRAPH 2.
- Deep Learning Toolbox (optional): It is needed only for deep learning analysis.
- Deep Learning Toolbox Converter for ONNX Model Format (optional): It is needed only to export JSON files for deep learning analysis.
