After you download BRAPH, proceed with the following steps to start the program:
- Unzip the downloaded file into the desired directory.
- After running MATLAB, change the current folder to the directory in step 1.
- Run braph.m
- Start the analysis by choosing the appropriate option from the graphical user interface.
