yes, it’s possible by using the “Connectivity” analysis pipelines, where you can import directly the matrices representing the pre-calculated graphs you want to analyze. -

Braph is open and free. So there is no price to install it in your labs.

yes, a double row array with the length of the brain atlas is the correct format for MRISubject.DATA.
