    Hi everyone,
When I define my cohort I have the option of distinguishing subjects based on groups. These groups can be used later for statistical analyses.
I would like to if these groups can only be used for between-subjects contrasts or if two groups can include the same subjects (two conditions, repeated measures). If not, what is the correct approach to specify within-subjects contrasts?

    Thanks for your help

    Dear Thomas,

Sorry for the delay. You can do both types of analyses.

If you want to do a within subject analysis, you should select the longitudinal analysis option when you run the permutation tests.

    Best wishes,

    Joana
