Hello,
I want to use Braph as a visualization tool. From my EEG analysis (with source localization with desikan_atlas) I found specific regions and connectivity (weighted directed and undirected ) are significant. Is it possible to visualize those regions and highlights their connectivity strength? More specifically, I want to give a customized connectivity matrix (xlsx) as input with desikan_atlas and want to visualize it.
