Hello all,
I have 2 groups and I was trying to Set the Community Structure (in fMRI Graph Analysis), but each group ends up with different brain areas in each of 4 modules.
I would have preferred having the same areas for each module and each group.
Can I do that?
Maybe an atlas with different module already set would help?thanks for your help,
