    Hi,
I have a question about plotting brain atlas/surface for braph.
I want to add the brain regions that are not included in the desikan (e.g., hippocampus, amygdala, thalamus, putamen, and other subcortical regions). Where can I get the coordinates of the subcortical regions? Does braph provide that information? Thank you so much for your attention.

    Dear mav_tai,

In order to add atlases or particular regions not provided by our templates, you can add them in excel following the format explained here. You will manually add the regions by adding the label, name, and coordinates (x,y,z). You need to know the coordinates in advance, if you do not know where to find them we can help you.

Moreover, in the upcoming new version of Braph (Braph 2.0, stay tuned), we provide several brain surfaces for humans and other animals, and it will be easier to find the one needed or add a new one. If you are interested in adding a new brain surface in braph 1.0, you can check this thread on the forum.

I hope I have clarified your questions.

    Best,
    Anna
