Hello,I have obtained PET WU analysis results(include AD/MCI/NC).But I only view gorup’s measures, not to view single subject’s measures. For instace ,I can view AD group measures(Global and Nodal measures).AD group has 20 subjects, not to view AD01,AD02,AD03…AD20’s measures(Global and Nodal measures).
Could you help me how to view that?thank you very much!

Hi,

Unless you are working with dynamic PET, you won’t have a graph measure for each subject, only for each group.

Best,

Joana

Hi,

Were you able to figure it out? The numbers on the left are the indexes for each graph measure calculated by Braph. These numbers are assigned by the software and are only useful if you want to extract the scalar values using Matlab command line.

Best,

Joana
