Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how to get more precise p-values for between-group comparisons on local measures than the values that show up in the Braph Nodal Measures results window?
I’d like to compute q-values (ie, FDR adjusted p-values), but when I do (either manually in a spreadsheet or using R), my results don’t line up with Braph–for example, Braph tells me there are 7 ROIs where there’s a significant group difference at FDR, but my manual adjustment and R both indicate that there are 10 ROIs with a significant difference (based on q values below .05). I’m guessing this might be because the values in Braph’s results window have been rounded to four decimals so I’d like to pull out more precise p-values and see if that explains it. I would also welcome other suggestions as to why I’m getting different results.
As always, thanks for your help!
