    Hi to all,

I am trying to deal with two issues regarding both the MRI and EEG capabilities of BRAPH. Firstly, after watching the video tutorial, I tried to apply the example for fMRI but I couldn’t find the right atlas. Can someone point out where can I find it?

Also, I would like to work with EEG data and after creating the brain atlas based on sensor locations, I was unable to import EEG data, neither in (channels x time) format nor (time x channels).

You can find the files i used at the link below.

Could someone help me with this problem?

    Thank you!

    Hi Chrysa,

Thank you for using Braph and hopefully you will find it to be helpful to your research. At the same time, I would like apologize for getting back to you this late.

If you are looking for the atlas used in the video, all the atlases that are provided with Braph can be found at: http://braph.org/videos/brain-atlas/.

Regarding your second question, if you have not been able to find a solution to your problem yet, could you please send me the example files so that I can have a look at them and try to solve this issue.

    Best,
    Mite
