    I want to import the brain atlas with which my data was extracted into BRAPH through the Brain Atlas interface.but i only know my eeg data are 32 channels,i don’t know 32 channels location and how to import .what should i do?

    Hi,

    In order to import your data to Braph you need to start with a brain atlas, which in your case would have 32 regions. Note that for the graph theory calculation the location and name of the regions are not important; they are useful only for visualization purpose. All of the calculations would be done on the adjacency matrix (in your case a 32×32 matrix) which is calculated from the time series you have.

    Therefore, what you could do is to construct a brain atlas from scratch (more about the format of the brain atlas and how to import it can be found in the following link: http://braph.org/videos/brain-atlas/). Then, using your custom brain atlas you could import your EEG cohort (http://braph.org/videos/fmri/fmri-cohort/).
