Hello,
I am a beginner in graph theory analysis and I would like to analyze the functional connectivity within a specific network (meta-analytically defined network).
In BRAPH, when defining the nodes (step 1), do I need to upload a brain atlas or can I just upload the meta-analytically defined network (which has ‘only’ 16 nodes)?Thank you.
