Figure 4: The group averages tab in the main panel shows the average and standard deviation for the data corresponding to each brain region for each group. Pushing \fbox{\texttt{Comparison}} also the differences between two groups can be visualized, together with their statistical significance calculated with a permutation test (in the screenshot 1000 permutations are used) in terms of single-tailed and double-tailed p-values.
