BRAPH 2 format for atlas
Description:
This is the tutorial for the formatting of your atlas to BRAPH 2 format.
- Prepare the data in XLS/XLSX
The XLS/XLSX file consists of the following first 4 rows:
- Brain Atlas ID (row 1, column 1)
- Brain Atlas LABEL (row 2, column 1)
- Brain Atlas NOTES (row 3, column 1)
- Brain Surface Name (row 4, column 1)
and from row 5 to the end, the following columns:
- Brain Region ID (column 1)
- Brain Region LABEL (column 2)
- Brain Regions (column 3 to column 5; coordinates x, y, z, one per column)
- Brain Region NOTES (column 6)
