This is the developer tutorial for editing the pipeline file (.braph2). In this tutorial, we will explain how to edit a braph2 file to change the steps of a pipeline in braph2genesis. Here, we adapt from Pipeline Structural Multiplex Comparison BUD to show how to edit this script to add the third group for structural data using multiplex binary undirected graph at fixed densities.
