Yes, as long as your EEG data can be prepared with the file format in line with the ones in braph2 (e.g. xls, txt), braph2 can perform deep learning analysis in that regard. That also applies to multiplex analysis, one of our latest features with braph2.
About the release of braph2, it will be at the beginning of May, please stay tuned!
