    Many Thanks Joana for your help.

    I used marsbar to extract the data. I succeeded to get a single .mat file (250 values of BOLD signal x 122 regions (aal atlas)) but my values are bigger (around 300) than yours (0.003).

    How did you do to get these small values ? a scaling problem ?

    Can you send me one of your preprocessed nifti files that you are using to extract the data?
