Dear Mite,
I have resolved the problem with the error message! It turned out to be related to my subject files. Now everything is working well, except that I don’t understand why the degree value is the same as my ROI number. I tried modifying the threshold, but nothing changed. Could you please explain this to me?
The best,
Veronique, -

Dear Mite,
I contacted you on November , 2017 ! So there is quite a long time !! But now, I would like to use BRAPH again, because it is a good software. Howevere, I do not understand why I am not able to use it again. I have got the following error. The same as Che got (as I read in the forum).
Note that I am using the modify version of BRAPh…[Read more] -

Hi Sai,
The reference manual for braph2 is already included automatically in the software. If you want to know the properties (e.g., P for CompareEnsemble or P1, P2, DIFF for ComparisonEnsemble), you can simply type the following commands in the MATLAB command window:
help CompareEnsemble
and
help ComparisonEnsemble
These commands will show you…[Read more]

Hi,
Do you guys have any reference manuals for the latest release of BRAPH2?
I was interested in knowing what the variables mean. For example, in the following lines,strength_WU_diff = c_WU.getComparison(‘Strength’).get(‘DIFF’);
strength_WU_p1 = c_WU.getComparison(‘Strength’).get(‘P1’);
strength_WU_p2 =…[Read more] -

Hi,
Thanks for the further information.
Yes, based on your feedback, it sounds reasonable since, if I understand you correctly, you calculated all the available measures for all 800 subjects.Should you have any questions, please feel free to write to us.
Best, Yu-Wei

I used AAL Atlas, and the size of adjacency matrices for each of the 800 subjects is 116 * 116.
Executing precisely the code you provided took approximately the same time, or maybe a little more. But not hours, for sure.
Yes, I have installed the parallel computing toolbox.
I did not execute the comparison part. I was interested in obtaining the…[Read more] -

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback.
May you provide further information: what is the size of the adjacency matrix in your case? Additionally, I wanted to ask two things: (1) how long does it take to run the modified example file, example_FUN_WU.m, on your computer? and (2) have you installed the parallel computing toolbox?For reference, on my computer…[Read more]

Thanks. That works perfectly for me.
On an average configured system and for two groups with around 400 subjects each, completing the above task takes about 65 hours. Is that a usual case? -

Hi,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please click on the “X” button in the top-right corner of the pop-up warning window, as shown in the attached figure, to close it. This will allow the program to launch the landing GUI of BRAPH2. Let me know if you need any further…[Read more]

when addpath the braph2 into matlab, it will be a pop-pup warning: the ONNX Converter matlab addon did not install. And Matlba will suddenly get stuck.

Hi,
yes, it’s possible by using the “Connectivity” analysis pipelines, where you can import directly the matrices representing the pre-calculated graphs you want to analyze. -

Hi,
Is it possible to use braph2 to extract graph measures (degree, small world,….) from a predefined graph. In other words, is it possible to give the program a pre-existing graph, and it calculates the required measures? -

Hi Sai Prasanna,
Thanks for the follow-up feedback.
I would like to provide further information based on example_FUN_WU.m about the following
(1) Get individual graph metrics/graph measures.
(2) Get individual correlation matrices/adjacency matrices.Kindly Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Copy and paste the following codes at the end of example_…[Read more]

Thanks for your responses.
Sorry, if I’m asking too many questions.- I just tried as you mentioned. However, after running my script for calculating the analysis,
ms1 = cellfun(@(x) x.getMeasure(‘Degree’).memorize(‘M’), analysis.memorize(‘G_DICT’).getItems, ‘UniformOutput’, false)
gives me an error that says, “Unable to resolve the name…[Read more]

- You can export the results to XLS if you right-click on the top of the table that is visualized by pressing Data Selected Measures or Data Selected Comparison.
- Check Figure 11 and Figure 14 in this tutorial to see what I mean by going to Data Selected Measures or Data Selected Comparison:…

I’m trying to use the example_FUN_BUD as you mentioned. I need to calculate all the graph metrics. The example file mentions 2-3 metrics. Do I use similar methods for all other metrics ?
I would appreciate your guidance on saving the individual subject correlation matrices as well.

Thanks. I will try that.
Also, the GUI is giving me an option of exporting the results as a JSON file only. Could you please let me know how I can save the group average results into an XLS file ?
